Brand names and trademarks are mentioned on this website solely for the purpose of indicating the types of appliances we service. Use of any brand name does not imply any partnership, authorization, or endorsement.

2. Services

We provide home appliance repair, installation, and maintenance services including but not limited to air conditioner (AC), washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave/oven repair. All services are performed by our trained technicians at your doorstep in Visakhapatnam.

3. Pricing

Prices listed on this website are starting prices and may vary based on the appliance model, type of fault, and parts required. Our technician will provide a transparent quote after diagnosis, before starting any repair. You are free to decline the service after receiving the quote.

Visiting/diagnosis charges are applicable and communicated upfront. Parts costs are charged separately at market rates.

4. Warranty

We offer a 30-day service warranty on repairs performed by us. This warranty covers the specific issue that was repaired. It does not cover:

• New faults or issues unrelated to the original repair
• Physical damage caused by the customer
• Electrical surges, water damage, or natural disasters
• Issues arising from use of non-genuine parts (if not supplied by us)

5. Spare Parts

We use quality spare parts for all repairs. While we strive to use original/OEM parts, in some cases compatible aftermarket parts may be used. The technician will inform you about the parts being used before installation.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a service request at any time before the technician begins work. If the technician has already visited and performed diagnosis, the visiting charge is non-refundable.

7. Liability

While we take utmost care during repairs, Vizag Appliance Care shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage, cosmetic wear, or issues arising from the appliance's age or overall condition beyond the scope of the repair performed.
